A really professional service provided by Dr. Doğan and his team. Karem was extremely helpful and ensured that our time in Istanbul was as pleasant as it could be. While the hospital I stayed in was quiet and basic, the team were very good looking after me. The hotel was also very nice, although we were not able to get hold of any broth, which the nutritionist had suggested that we take. Overall would highly recommend.

Dr Dogan did an amazing job of my Gastric Sleeve operation. The pre-op tests in Turkey were thorough and done quickly one after the other. The nursing staff checked on me regularly and through the night. My abdominal scars are minimal and healed quickly. Kerem the patient co-ordinator was so helpful and kept in touch from the booking process to meeting us at the hospital and throughout our stay.

Dr Doğan and his medical team are brilliant and I felt well looked after from start to finish. Everyone is very professional and I am continuing to receive direct after care and advice whilst back in the UK. In comparison the other packages this is by far the most well thought out and the diet plan and goodie bag you go home with is amazing

My experience was excellent from start to finish from my first contact with Kerem to going home. The nurses were excellent and I felt very well cared for throughout. I saw doctor Dogan everyday including Sunday, a lovely man and an incredible surgeon. The test were thorough and the doctor I saw after was very good at explaining the results, during all this Kerem was by my side translating if needed. The after care was fantastic, the nurses came if I needed them promptly and couldn’t do enough. The hotel was very comfortable I slept very well there. I’m a week post op and incisions are clean and minimal and I’ve lost 12lbs. Kerem has checked in to see if I’m ok. Also my notes were translated to English which I know has been an issue at other clinics. All round great experience and I would highly recommend Dr Dogan and his team. They are an absolute dream team :)

This is the best team ever. The service was exelent. Al of them helped me so much for everything. Before l thought l had to suffer a lot, but they did it very easy to afford the surgery. Im really thankful to Dr. Mahmud for being so proffesional and kind. I would really recomand this to whoever decides to do that couse they are so professional, correct and good people. I had a gastric sleeve with Dr Dogan, I cannot praise him or his team enough. The whole process is so well organised, nothing is too much trouble for Dr or his team. Kerem makes it all so much easier by being on hand with excellent English 24/7. Anyone contemplating going to Turkey for the procedure then you must use Dr Dogan.

From my booking my trip over to have my surgery i was made to feel safe. I was met at the airport and transferred to the hospital. Shown my room and met some of the nursing staff all very polite. Karem the co ordentator was there to reassure me. On Thursday 5th I was introduced to Dr Mahmut Dogan who explained what the procedure would be and reassured me Post surgery i was treated with care. Dr Mahmut came in to see me over the next three days of my stay lovely Dietician came to talk to me about the diet plane gave me vitamins and protein sachets to bring home. I was taken to a five star hotel to rest and start to heal. On Monday 9th October Karem had arranged my transfer to the airport. I would recommend anyone who is in need of surgery to goto Dr Dogan. Since being home in just over a week i have lost over a stone.

On the 10th of august I had the gastric sleeve surgery and I was totally impressed by the whole experience. Firstly Dr. Mahmut Doğan is a very kind, gentle doctor. He always checked up on me and made sure I had everything I needed and he did a great job with my surgery. Though I was nervous he made me feel very safe. Secondly the nurses and the staff were so kind, always had smiles on their faces and attended to my every need. Their hospitality was very heartwarming and wholesome. My coordinator was also very helpful, they made me feel very comfortable and was there through the whole process. Overall the whole experience was fantastic. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor then Dr. Mehmet Doğan. Overall the whole experience was perfect. I definitely recommend Dr. Mahmut to those who are in need of this surgery.
